There is more value in STK as a pure gold play with the resource upgrade and a shortage of gold in OZ... STK have done the work primed for a take over. Gold companies wouldn't want the zinc lead.....good move to off load and put the money and dedication to extract the massive resource look at Rumble.
I think smart move.
