we need to be reminded of Howard's disastrous performance in his government's under investment in public infrastructure, public hospitals & health care, no long term planning to solve our skills shortage, just to mention a few. Poor planing in defence procurement and mismanagement of the procurement budget is starting to show up now.
It will take Rudd and his government years to fix that.
