MAN is not exempt from regular updates or announcements. I do not think you need to have more directors to deal with the existing issues where JA should have the time to do it for the money he has been paid. The company currently for its size with the current projects on hand doesn't required to needlessly incurred extra expenses. This is minor administrative work and not have another director/directors to handle it. On one hand we complained JA is not doing enough, now we want more directors for the company, how can we justified that unless the new directors are able to bring in a valued added project.
