Well said and which raises a question that needs to be put directly to Jimbo. It appears that there is a reluctance to directly speak to shareholders. Why no appearances at conferences to present on behalf of the company; to get out and have a chance to speak to shareholders face-to-face? Why does MAN need questions upfront and confirmation on attendance at AGM? Can't directors handle shareholders' questions about MAN? Do they really need questions beforehand to prepare? You do work fulltime for MAN you know so you should know everything inside out! I've never seen this approach with other companies I'm invested in. MAN's approach bewilders me. It raises the question in my mind, do they have something to hide? What's wrong with being accountable to your shareholders? We pay your salary after all. The least we could expect is an explanation from your mouth as to why the company went backwards this past year under your leadership; and what are you planning to make sure this doesn't happen again?
