Unfortunately it takes more than just a bullish cross on the MACD to confirm a move up. I agree with DrCrowie BLY has proven to be one stubborn mule of a stock in the last 9 months, and has established a regular trading pattern of sitting within a 1-2c trading range for weeks at a time. It looks like there are fairly large forces at play judging by the movements in the buy/sell depth, and all us minnows can do is nibble around the edges in the short term or sit in and wait for the long haul.
