when i looked up some old stuff on the Perkins zone, the thought crossed my mind that an even better zone may be one of UFX's favourites : the up-dip potential of Dickensons reef.

on 30 april, 2009 the co. did announce that "There is also up dip potential for both the Shamrock and Dickenson Reefs. Initial projections of the Dickenson Reef align with known high-grade drill intercepts (216g/t) indicating a potential strike length of at least 100 metres just in this area".

looking at a mine map that would mean chugging uphill from the river adit to get to those areas.

corvy ..... in regards to ventilation in the upper levels i am pretty sure that the co. announced some time ago that the Hope Engine shaft was going to be used for ventilation for the level 3 - 4 Shamrock - Dickersons reefs. there are at leat 5 - 6 old shafts on the hill with the most northly appearing to be the North Morning star shaft - which goes to approx. level 3.
