    Howdy all.
    I currently own 200K shares. If I'm understanding the proposal I'll be entitled to buy 100K at 7.5c and will receive 40K oppies. I own no options at this time.
    Given there's no bad news and I like what's proposed beyond the offer I think I will/would take up my allotment.
