We need to be clear here that PRL does not own this land at all. It has a license to use it for studies to assess the feasibility of the project (i.e. wind and solar measurements).
While I’m very positive about progress overall (well, at least what we’ve been generously given the right to know about after 18months now of being in bed with Total Eren), it is still important not to mix up PRL having a license to explore (which it has - for some 4,000+ sq kms) with either (a) a lease to ultimately develop that land or (b) land ownership.
