I agree each of your scenarios is plausible,
However I think you fail to recognise that even if Peak were granted its SML today, it would be at least 2024-25 before they were in a position to export concentrate ~ by which time Lynas, Mountain Pass, Pensana and possibly Round Top will have their Refineries operational, Pensana even states that it will be looking to process third party products. Peak would certainly need the American Government behind them to counter the Chinese influence over GoT !
G man, As for my posts being "Clouded" by Anti-Chinese sentiment, I have quite "Clearly" stated my position as in Post #: 64362603 above. So in the spirit of openness, how about you now making a full and honest declaration of your Pro-Chinese position ? or are you always morally bound to tell the lie ?
