    Given that 50million shares have changed hands in the last few days between 65 and 80c, any counter Chinese cash offer would have to be pitched at well over $1 to have any chance of success. They only have just over 1month to get an offer together. I'm not sure if Hebei is nimble enough to get it done in time.
