If you're looking it's very cheap in parts of Canada, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Maine, parts of Cali, Parts of Florida, Detroit, all of New Mexico, most of Texas, Colorado, Arkansas, parts of New York, North Dakota, Mostly all of Nevada, Arizona, parts of West Virginia.

And cheap we're talking under 50k land. Unheard of here, a complete different world.
