The term reasonable has a definition. How it can be applied to legal processes which often refer to what a "reasonable" person might believe remains subjective. How much doubt is reasonable doubt? I once saw a documenary on the Kennedy assassination stating with 93% surety that the bullet came from a certain direction. Is it beyond reasonable that the bullet came from there, or is 7% doubt sufficient to say we don't know where the bullet came from? that, in the end is up to the judgement of the individual, because two reasonable people might well disagree on that.
