Could not understand the mentality of people in charge.
Don't you think they can use the money wisely or have a bit of extra reserve in the bank for future use or as contingency.
If $20 m in lieu of $10 m was raised (where demand is there), what is the harm: pretty sure they will do another raise in the near future for the full scale development.
