I confirmed the pre-emptive rights situation with AC at the 2018 AGM. Interestingly if Beach were interested they would be restricted to a friendly t/o with it requiring both companies' shareholders approval because of Peter Moore's common directorship. In that case an independent valuation of both companies' assets would be required, including a valuation of CVN's share of their STO J/V.
