i had a look through a few reports and Li was not even assayed for in the brine, so that answer to your question is 'maybe'.
while in wamex i did have an interesting find relating to Li, anglogold drilled 7 holes along the western shore of the lake where apc have a tenement application, the one that is entirely off the lake and otherwise looks a bit odd. hole id HEA006 produced a result of 6m at 86ppm including 4m at 100ppm Li with anomalous Cs and Rb. could it be that apc are following up on this anomalous Li? reference a114503 if you wish to look for yourself. any Li experts here to comment on the significance of these results?
what else is in their ground that has not been reported to market, for example the gold drilling by sbm may have other minerals of interest? apc has always been more than a one trick pony, maybe now is the time for that pony to put on a show.
