Haha!
Holy Cow! :O
This is absolutely positively undoubtedly, transparently, a deliberate attempt to conceal AB's involvement. This was no oversight. The regular rampers here including we-do-know-who-you-are celebrated the ousting of AB, the narrative that AB was gone was clearly being promoted by the company announcements, so it is simply impossible that the company simply 'forgot to mention it' and in reality it is a case of them thinking they would be able to deliberately mislead the market. This isn't slander or mudslinging, it's literally what this breach of ASX rules is about. That's literally what this is, openly, transparently.
If at this point you can't see what's going on, even with the ASX literally forcing CPH to directly tell you, it's probably impossible for you to see it in any circumstances at all.
I'm not surprised they thought they could get away with this; they usually do, but here in a rare exception, they actually did get caught out and the rules were enforced. A refreshing but rare example of the system working.
Absolutely absurdly though, the announcement is "not market sensitive" and the price is only down one pip since yesterday's close!!!!!
They've been blatantly caught red-handed, what more could you possibly need to convince you to drop this red-hot, radioactive, disease-laden potato and run away?
