    This is on top of their $22m cash position as at 30 September?

    So at current SP its market valuation is ~$73m with cash on BS of $22m. Plus another $60m from sale so will have ~$80m cash on balance sheet.

    How much would a 1.6m ounce gold resource be worth? $40/ounce? That's $64m so this asset EV = $144m or ~40c per share when it reopens?
