Pardon my ignorance, but if WBT has successful qualification testings and signs off a few more partners how long/what else needs to be done before WBT is fully commercial. Because I will assume that is when the share price will really start moving. As a 21 year old I'm excited to see if this stock could really break out and pay me dividends for many years to come.
