or perhaps a letter of intent before the end of 2022,,,time is getting away from him
neither of which mean much as we know - keeps the natives happy though - qually must be completed on the skywater offering not the Leti demonstrator before any solid agreements other than the above are in play - why....everything else is priced in to the current sp -
