My take on this, Authier is no longer subject to BAPE, exempt. That means, permit can be granted or rejected without any barriers. Which listed company would tweet a negative update in a casual way? So I take it as a permit to be granted! This exception could be well the last 5% of our 95% permitted status. Ann is coming, can can be this week!
