    NASDAQ listing is also next yr if the deal survives!

    You're putting your cart ahead of the horse!

    Best to wait for all the finer details to be released hopefully tomorrow.

    Will no doubt increase shareholder value if the market likes the deal. But i don't like the delay with the DFS and likely delay in confirming the BMW partnership!

    Need to read the fine print once the deal is released...
