Not likely to see VMT chasing the big volume end of the market. They walked away from that high volume low margin stuff in 2018 when its share price was smashed down to 5c. to concentrate on building a quality brand selling best in class products that they could earn a decent margin on.
As mentioned by ACIM they work with other Partners supplying parts and let them dum down the finished product under their own brands. A decent margin on a few bits is better than a miserable margin on the whole thing.
The strategy has worked well when you look at NIU which floated in October 2018 to chase the big volume mass market. It's yet to show a cumulative net profit and is really struggling in these difficult times.
NIU since floating $8.65 to $2.81 and falling.
VMT during the same period, 5c to 41c and doubling profits each year.
Great foundations for a lift off when the risks facing the world are sorted.
