While the work behind the curtain progresses the sp is progressing down. Maybe still some who want to take up the offer and have to free up funds or some just got scared about today's anns mentioning first deliveries expected in 2024. If so, guys RAD got a lot more advanced than that already.
Absolute bargain, but not complaining as I am absorbing more for less for the coming years. And the most certain shortfall goes to? Bell Potter and those, like me, who apply for extra allocations. Positive side effect, the impatient sell to the patient, the already tight register will become even tighter.
