Canon, I am with you now. I thought you were a bit premature about your prediction before, but I concede that the current rain event should get some cash flowing in the rural communities which could help ELD's prospects.
At this time they will need all the stars aligned and their customer service hat on to compete with the others, but things are looking up and IMO it is time to buy. It should be kept in mind that it will be 6-12 months for this event to properly flow in though. Mop.
