Looks like an attempted backdoor listing for EUR with 4 EUR board members on the Critical board.
This is interesting though:
The final number of shares in Critical Metals to be issued at closing will be determined by reference to the price at which Sizzle’s shareholders redeem their shares. The value of the consideration for the Transaction remains will remain fixed at US$750 million. So if the share price of Sizzle drops to $1 before the merger EUR is given 750mill shares still.
