i don't think they will need to do it alone.
synfuels have already openly stated that they are looking to form a commercial co-operation model with Blackham.
if that doesn't include helping to fund the facility in return for exposure to australian markets, i will be surprised. however, there is always the possiblity that Blackham are only looking to shore up the resource and secure the deal, and then sell the whole project to the highest bidder.
nevertheless, it is a matter that must already have been looked into as a part of their DD, and i am pretty confident that if they didn't already have a strategy on the table, then Synfuels would not have entered the MOU.
