Yep, plus I think a lot of Kings shares were given to him at listing, by Jim due to being at the company from the beginning. Maybe he's just not the type to invest - I know people that get shares in a company as part of their work and the first thing they do is sell and put it in the bank. It's not big amounts mind you. The concern here if we should be concerned, is that he's basically Jim's number two from all accounts. He would have amongst the greatest access to Jim and information so if he's selling now at this price then it says something maybe.
Like I said earlier though, I'm interested to see who took them and if we'll see a change in substantial holding notice.
