what Intel ?????? GC was Chairman of the company at the time and if an acceptable offer was tabled then why didn't he do more about it or resign ?

imo there was never a credible offer the Board could have proposed to the SH just hear say (urban myth) and we all sucked it up.

However since that "offer" WGO went onto secure the Alcoa contract which under pins WE the gas is still in the ground.

However I fail to see where STX have proved up "Filled to Spill"
