Kincella I think going rural can provide some great opportunities especially in the larger regional towns or some of those up and coming areas where mining is becoming the focus or some other industry is starting up. However you have to be much more careful in these areas as in some cases if one business/industry closes down then you can be caught short with a property that you can't sell or even rent.
