Are you sure in your assertion that the simple facts we have are all in our favour? And arent you perhaps a little premature in calling the ICC in as being of our view, given it hasn't heard the case yet? Isn't it also misleading positing the DRC as on our side, as if its some sort of monolithic bloc with one sole position, and that position is firmly behind us? And claiming the US backs our view? Where is the Battery Council position, have we had any mention whatsoever from them or any public backing of AVZ since we were invited by FT all that time ago? Even some of the IGF claims we don't 100% stand behind, like its position of 5% to Dathomir (which is now ours) wasn't Dathomir's to sell?

so from your position that supporting our view is the DRC, the ICC, the IGF, the Battery Council, etc' just how accurate or factual would you say that is?
