They are averaging around 42 months terms on their loan book as far as I am aware. Not sure how much this would extend by, but wouldn't be by more than 10% you would think, as these are fixed loans with a variable interest charge, so most of the back book is on lower rates.
It would be a very pleasant surprise if they hit 1bn in the next two quarters. Cost of funs is most likely set to continue rising over the next 12 months too, which puts pressure on margins.
