Don't know about a breakout yet, but a couple of things are clear:
1. No sellers at present below 60cents. This has not happened for a while.
2. Massive buyer at 60c. Took out 400000units approx. in 1 hit earlier. Someone likes this stock at present.
3. Someone is trying to keep the stock at around 60 cents to pick up more.
