Yes everything is going according to plan, BUT the disastrous failure of water supply is really unforgivable, and a reminder that we’re dealing with Third World bureaucratic incompetence that’s very costly to investors…
Perhaps, given earlier warnings about this issue, more should’ve been done by management?
