TP, I dont know why you think the fundamentals are pessimistic, which one of these do you think looks bad:
1. Balance sheet strength 2. Market position 3. Outlook for mining investment
Even on a EPS forecast basis BLY, no matter which brokerage forecast you look at (if any are to be believed) it is certainly not overvalued at the current SP.
If anything, I would say the chart looks mixed but the fundamentals look optimistic.
