Looks to be a bit of a miss there, and considering that hole 22CED002 was drilled almost vertical into that suspiciously flat looking AMT-2D resistivity model section its not surprising that this hole missed, the classic BHP exploration technique of drilling a vertical hole into the middle of an anomaly region with highly likely vertically oriented orebodies.




Consider how vertical the overall stratigraphy is from the core photos. Looking at the position of the booming late time Ch 41 conductor anomalies in the main image (the big purple blob) then it looks like hole 22CEDD003 is a much more sensible drill location and orientation to test that anomaly.

Also cements in my mind that hole 1 CEDD001 was drilled in the mostly near enough correct location and orientation to find something decent and it did.

So with this hole 2 being a "miss" or a near-miss I am betting that Late-time AEM being tested/targeted by hole 22CEDD003 underway will either be an epic miss (and walk away moment) or an epic hit that might send the share price to the moon if there is something there.

I've taken a small highly speculative geophysical position in DUN for the next few weeks to see what hole 3 turns up. High risk lottery stuff but high reward if you get it right.
