Resolution 2 is interesting. And the big decider.
If more than 25% of votes are against, Resolution 1, the 'Adoption of Renumeration Report', then Resolution 2 on the voting form comes into play. (the infamous 2nd strike)
If there are less than 25% against Resolution 1, the 'Adoption of Renumeration Report', "the Chair will withdraw Resolution 2."..... Gone. Vote on Resolution 2 not valid.
Makes perfect sense.

Resolution 2, 'Spill Resolution'. If more than than 50% of the votes are 'For' the 'Spill Resolution' then a 'Spill Meeting' must be held within 90days to decides who's who in the zoo.
If more than 50% vote 'Against' the 'Spill Resolution' , then business as usual.
