30 million new shares issued yesterday to Evolution Capital. 30 million shares again today. These are options for helping raise $30 million dollars in April. Need them to sell out ASAP.

They’ve paid 7.5c per share. That’s $4.5M in cash to the company. So, that’s a good outcome. There was also another entity that converted 14 million options to shares at an average of 7c. Likely that they are selling out as well.

That’s another $1 million to the company’s balance sheet. The company has now raised $5.5m from the options.

The overhang will prevent the share price from moving up much but it is good we are getting all these people out so fresh new hands can come in. Hopefully, they’ll hold onto the shares longer.
