That was one of my thought Flex - the same reason that Will Banks might of left. Because they ask questions. Some on here though seem to believe that institutions don't invest in penny stocks. That's a fallacy if you ask me. It could also be the way Jim is marketing (or not marketing) the company. Just look at his comments made on LinkedIn yesterday:

"I would welcome institutional investors to invest in ekpay and cil too"

"I will be very happy if big players will be interested to acquire Ci1 ekpay later. Subject to Ci1 bod approval."

"Interested big buyers are welcome to contactme"

I'm not a CEO being paid millions but to be it seems a bit amerturish. Jim could using his contacts to talk to some real serious investors. Either he's not serious about getting serious investors on board, these investors see something they don't like such as remuneration and management, or Jim is just bad at his job and has failed to promote his company.

A lot of the problems we're having now could be solved with a change in the guard. Change is not a bad thing.
