The one and only scenario with PCL I see is:
- They have reached a deal for farm out which will probably include 3D and drill. What percentage etc, we will have to wait and see.
- The above agreement is all subject to the government providing the relevant extension requested which if approved the agreement will be announced with all the details.
If the above does not happen then 'lights out'....because if no one has made us an offer given the expected prosperity of the area by now, we will never get an offer.
Of course just my opinion so take it for what you will and good luck for the $160M on offer tonight..
