it is usual for the shareprice to dip below the issue price in a capital raising at some stage of the game.
to my mind pointless to participate in rights issue...and the 1 for 5 oppies offer is not very tempting either.
feeling a bit unimpressed with the way this has been managede thus far. if a cr was on the cards it does make the bond issues a bad move, since it has capped the sp and made it necessary to capital raise at a big discount.
i thought the point of bonds was to avoid a CR at this stage of the game. hmmmm...
