Sounds crazy, I know...
But it was really that simple.
All a man had to do was wrap a fur around his privates, and go for a wonder looking for a nice open cave, then set up shop.
0% interest rates, no deposits, no stamp duty, no repayments, no CGT, no bubbles. Just good old fashioned affordable housing, leaving plenty of time to hunt and gather and breed.
The sooner society can get back to such basics, the better off we'll all be!
