Perhaps the reason Iggy has not exercised his many options is that they are performance based. That is certain hurdles have to be achieved before they can be exercised.

I do not think the hurdles as set out in those announcements have been met just yet. But they will soon enough.
The other directors Readhead and Wanless have quite a few shares between them.
