Have to say the analysis of the eMite product is a little lacking. In the AWS space it has few competitors, but in the Genesys space, there are a large number of big competitors catching them up rapidly, and Genesys have started to put more R&D into their analytics.You only need to take a look at Genesys' App Foundry to see how crowded a market it has become. eMite will have to innovate rapidly, if they don't want to vw knocked off the top in the Genesys market.
They have made incredible strides in a very short time, but will interesting to watch the next 24 months, as the Contact Centre industry as a whole, is facing massive headwinds. Just look at the layoffs currently cycling throughout the industry. Avaya, Genesys, 8x8, Twilio have all right sized in the last month.
