Unfortunately the "head winds" have only just started and will get stronger in 2023. It's time now to cut cash burn before there is no cash left to burn. This might mean smaller premises, job cuts, cutting bonuses etc. I love this company but it can't survive with 100k coming in and 4mil going out. It's time to make some hard decisions.
