and just as bad ...... the guy may be innocent. what would happen if it's leaked after a second trial, ( and say a guilty verdict is announced) only to find out that 11 jurors wanted to acquit in the first trial and the holdout was the person that brough material into the court? I stated on another thread that this whole case is tainted.
