It all looks riggy didge, ticks all the boxes, but when you look at the detail...such as page 6. I note the accomodation units in the photo, 86 accomodation units each with 4 rooms, that's a total of 344 . Yet they say they have accomodation for only 343.
What's going on here? Why the secrecy? What's going on in that 344th room? This looks like management incompetence to me, what are they covering up, these are the first signs of a company in disarray.
