Unfortunately delays are commonplace - even more pronounced since covid. Even if the 'new' timeline is more or less adhered to, there will be more than likely further delays during the commissioning process if and when it gets there - if, as there is no certainty until it happens. Aspirations are not yet reality. Risky business. Perhaps time to add more or perhaps just hold - some are not that patient, as some may see better short term opportunities elsewhere. Tricky position to be in particularly as already in red and sp stubbornly at sub 5c levels. AIMO
