It is not on the nano scale.
It is considered a supplementary cementitious material, not a technology.
A 'Nano carbon technology' IS required. It is a key specification.
And I repeat the question, is anyone familiar with another product that would meet the "carbon nano technology" criterion?
I was wondering if someone had a chance with graphene but there is no other product I am aware of that is advanced enough in testing to qualify.
