Wrong. Check out Puregraph AM by First Graphene. Puregraph is certified for sale in Australia for applications other than concrete, so can be sold here. They have a factory manufacturing the liquid admix for concrete in STH Africa. Last I heard they were having difficulty with the paperwork required to freight it here. Still not available for sale here.
