Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

So they are going to the market again, with the same story, just before the quarterly to ask us to reach into our pockets without giving any new or compelling reaso to do so. I invested on the back of Rosen's reputation but cannot imagine how he, as chairman, is signing off on some of this stuff.

Ive sent an email to him today which includes the below:

I've read through the investor presentation from the 6th and the only word to describe it is amateurish. I'm not sure the role Sanlam, Spark plus, Stephenson or Cannavo are playing to drive a result.but with the combined experience and cost they need to be more involved or if not adding value its time to move them on as with this level of experience we should all expect better.

To get money, SCU need to change tack. I hope you discuss this with the business and take action:
- An investor presentation that KICKS OFF with what the size of the prize could be for someone who gets involved. Then, What is the problem SCU is going to solve and how / when will they do it. This preso is way too wordy and Gu is damaging the opportunity to raise with way too much detail. 5 compelling slides on how you will make me money - put the rest in an appendix.

- Publish a quarterly with some real achievements, on time. Start with the one you are about to release. Succinct, accurate.

- Publish a document outlining cost cutting - external consultant fees eliminated, directors fees at $0 until milestones are delivered and then will be share based payment with escrow.. Only critical compliance spending to remain in place and ALL remaining funds to be invested behind GROWTH and delivery - In other words, PRUDENT. Scream this NEW approach from the rooftops.

- Release the TG report and have an investor call the same day ( a few hours later) to walk through findings and ACTIONS

- Gu to host a monthly or quarterly monthly investor call talking up progress, pointing out roadblocks and plans to address. Happy to volunteer coaching if required.
